Return policy

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, simply return your item within 30 days of receipt. To initiate a new return, visit the order history page in your online account and click “Return Order” on the order you’d like to return. If you checked out as a guest, visit our returns portal where you can enter your order number and associated email address to begin a return.

All returned items must be in NEW and UNUSED condition, and we will not accept returns for the following: Custom-built golf clubs, purchases made through MyTaylorMade+, final sale items, online exclusives, personalized golf balls, and personalized accessories. TaylorMade will accept returns of unwashed, unworn, and undamaged footwear and apparel. All returns will be inspected prior to credit being issued. Items returned must be accompanied by the original Packing Slip.

You can expect a refund within 30 days of when we receive your return, provided that TaylorMade determines, in its sole discretion, that the returned item is eligible for a credit under this return policy. We'll notify you via email once we've processed the returned product(s). We'll credit or refund the value of the merchandise total. We're sorry, but we don't credit shipping costs for returned orders. Refunds will be given in the same form of payment as the original purchase.

Warranty Claims
If you are seeking to replace or otherwise address TaylorMade products you believe to be defective, please refer to the TaylorMade warranty terms. This Return Policy applies to goods not subject to a warranty claim.

To return items purchased on our websites using a ShopRunner account please call us at 1 (877) 860 8624 to obtain a return label.

Exchanges
Exchanges are offered within 30 days of receipt. To start an exchange please visit returns portal (https://www.taylormadegolf.com/orderhistory/?lang=en_US ).

Items eligible for exchange must belong to the same macro/style category as the original purchase. The exchanged item must be of the same price as the original item.

We will not send out item(s) you are exchanging for until original item(s) are received at our warehouse and are confirmed to be in condition eligible for exchange: unused, unworn, unwashed and in the same condition as when you received it. If an item is deemed to be ineligible for exchange a member of our customer service team will reach out to you.

Final sale items and custom or personalized items will not qualify for exchange.

If the product(s) you wish to receive in the exchange are no longer in stock, you will receive a refund to the original form of payment within 14-21 business days.
